Letter #48

Okay, so this week was pretty crazy, mostly because of the super bowl.  I guess the Seahawks are kinda a big deal around here.  So everyone's lives were revolving around that game for pretty much the entire week, members and nonmembers alike.
So our car's battery wasn't working at the beginning of this week, so we had to take it into the shop and get a ride to district meeting with the Ocean Shores Elders #firstworldproblems  So that was sad or whatever.  And probably one of the most significant events of the week.  Elder Toomey was pretty sick for most of the week, so we did plenty of sitting around the apartment.  So that was not so much fun.
Oh yeah, transfer calls.  I almost forgot about those.  So I'm staying in Aberdeen and getting a new companion, Elder Murillo.  I don't really know him that well, but he sounds like he's going to be a pretty good companion.
Other than that, we helped some people move, gave some blessings, and not too much else.  We were in lockdown for most of Sunday because of the Super Bowl though.  After church, we pretty much had to go home until the super bowl started, at which point we went to the stake center for a potluck with the zone.  And then we had to play this scripture bowl game that wasn't that much fun.  It was whatever.  I probably would've rather have been tracting, except for everyone would've hated us.  But go Seahawks or whatever.  It's pretty fun for the people around here.  Well transfers happen tomorrow, so I'm super excited to get mail from the office, because this will be the first time in about a month for that.  Anyway, hope you are all doing well!  And I'll talk to you guys later.
